Serving Navajo & Apache Counties Since 1987

White Mountain Hearing Services, LLC (WMHS), was established in the Pinetop-Lakeside area in 1987, by Bobette Martin.

In 2004, WMHS expanded and relocated to Wagon Wheel Plaza, between Pinetop and Show Low. WMHS is locally owned and operated, and has been serving Navajo and Apache Counties for over 22 years.

Our office provides a wide range of diagnostic audiological tests including OAE, ABR, and hearing aid sales and service.

We work with Lion’s Club, Vocational Rehabilitation, School Districts, Early Intervention Programs, Arizona State School for the Deaf and Blind, Indian Health Services, Headstart Programs, and many others.

We are also contracted with most health insurance companies. We see all ages 0-100+. Our experience includes working with developmental disabilities, visually impaired, hearing impaired, physically disabled, and bilingual programs.

picture01Why Should someone with hearing loss see an audiologist?

Audiologists hold a masters or doctoral degree from accredited universities with special training programs. These programs have emphasis in prevention, identification and rehabilitation of hearing disorders. Audiologists are required to complete a full time internship and pass a national exam. We use special equipment to obtain accurate results. We are trained to perform diagnostic tests, check for medically related hearing problems, make appropriate referrals, apply the latest hearing aid technology, educate patients about hearing loss and prevention, and provide other rehabilitative services.
